Steps:
1.Soak and clean wolfberries with water.
2.Add 110ml cold water to Konjac powder and mix well.
3.Boil up 600ml water to dissolve the Konjac. Add in organic coconut sugar and mix until all are fully dissolved.
4.Drain the water from the wolfberries and add them into the sugary water.
5.Add in the organic Osmanthus and remove the heat.
6.Put the puree into the fridge and stir it after 45 minutes which could make the osmanthus spread evenly. Fridge for another 4 hours and it is ready to be served.
