Steps:
1.Remove the skins and seeds of the citron fruit and divide the citron flesh into small pieces.
2.Zest the lemon and extract lemon juice from the lemon.
3.Add sugar into citron flesh and mix thoroughly.
4.Cook the citron flesh in low heat until the flesh turns brown.
5.Add in lemon zest and lemon juice, cook for another 8 to 10 minutes until the puree thickens.
6.Add 15ml honey, mix evenly and remove the heat.
